Born in Belgium, Catherine spent more than 35 years abroad (many of these years in Washington DC). She has long been in love with Provence and with the region’s scenery, incomparable light, fabulous produce and lightness of being. She recently decided to make Provence her permanent home.
Brought up in a family where cooking is, as she puts it herself, « a religion » Catherine found the perfect place in Tarascon. At any moment, you will find her happily moving about in her sun filled kitchen, preparing a fabulous breakfast for her guests or testing new recipes for the next cooking class or Thursday dinner. Catherine is fluent in French, English and Spanish and will be happy to provide you with a lot of information on the region, places to see, things to do in order to make your stay in Provence most enjoyable.
